Seminar by Kasper Hansen
Associate professor in Biostatistics at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Kasper Daniel Hansen, will give a talk on Monday 21st of October at 11.00.
Kasper did his BA and Master’s in statistics at Copenhagen University and his PhD at UC Berkeley. His work has focused on analyzing and developing software for analyzing high throughput genomic data, ranging from microarrays to shotgun sequencing of RNA, DNA, Hi-C, and epigenetic modifications.
