Spatial Microbiomics - 3D'omics course

Are you interested in Spatial Microbiomics? This course could be for you!

The training event will focus on the creation of a Microbiomics Atlas, including all working steps from sampling to analysis.

The workshop is mainly aimed at PhD candidates and postdocs working on data generation, data processing, and data analysis in the field of microbiomics, but is also open for other interested parties. The learning outcomes focus on gaining an understanding of the differences, challenges, and benefits between micro-scale and conventional microbiomic methods. They also include getting hands-on experience and gaining fundamental expertise to run this workflow.

Discussion topics will focus on the questions, how this workflow can be translated into a lab with a “less fortunate” funding situation, what is needed to scale this up, and what the bottlenecks are.
