Tasting Holobionts

Tasting Holobionts was an event where we delved into how microbes shape an essential part of our lives - our food. Many foods, from fish to ferments, rely on microbes to grow and be delicious. Together with the public we explored holobionts, which represent the relationship between microbes and food, and how they make our food healthy, sustainable, and flavourful. This event was part of the national event Forskningens Døgn.
