Delicious: The Evolution of Flavour and How it Made us Human

Cover of Rob Dunn's Book Delicious

Join Professor and Center PI Rob Dunn as he explores the role that flavour may have played in the invention of the first tools, the extinction of giant mammals, the evolution of the world’s most delicious and fatty fruits, the creation of beer, and our own sociality.

The virtual event is from 8.00 to 9.30 PM in Danish time on March 23rd. Sign up for the event here.
